Common questions
How fast can you turn around a first quote?
Most briefs come back within 5 working days with shortlisted factories, indicative unit cost, MOQ, and lead time. Complex industrial or regulated categories can take longer.
Do you charge per project or on retainer?
Both. Single-project sourcing is fixed-fee or commission-based. Ongoing programs run on a monthly retainer with transparent landed-cost pricing.
Do you only source from China?
China is our deepest network, but we also source from Vietnam, India, Turkey, and select EU manufacturers when the unit economics or compliance profile makes sense.
What happens if a shipment fails QC?
Rework is enforced before the container ships. If a defect surfaces later, we manage the supplier-side claim, replacement, or credit. You don't chase the factory, we do.
