Cole's background isn't a boardroom. It's a boxing gym. Years of competitive boxing built the operator instincts that run Jackson Group today: outwork the room, take the hit, keep moving forward, and never confuse activity with progress.
While training, he built a wholesale reselling business from the ground up, sourcing product, negotiating margin, and shipping at volume. What started as a side hustle turned into a real operation, and exposed the same problem every growing brand eventually hits: the supply chain is where the money quietly leaks out.
So he moved to China. Not to visit factories on a two-week tour, but to embed inside the manufacturing base, build direct supplier relationships, and understand the freight, QC, and negotiation layers from the inside. That's the foundation Jackson Group is built on.

Xian Xian Fang
Head of Supply Chain
Based on the ground in China, Xian Xian leads product sourcing and shipping brokerage for Jackson Group. She runs supplier discovery, factory vetting, sample management, price and MOQ negotiation, and quality control across every vertical we source in. On the logistics side, she brokers freight, consolidates containers, and manages customs and last-mile handoffs, so clients get a single point of contact from factory floor to delivered cargo, at the best landed cost we can engineer.
